We were greeted immediately upon entering in a warm and welcoming, non-intrusive manner. As we arrived we were quickly introduced to Andie, our fabulous sales agent. She was simply the best. She worked with us on answering all of our questions, taking time to get to know me and my wife as people as well as understanding my needs in a new vehicle. She worked with us and introduced us to Sam, her manager who we spoke to on the phone prior to coming and and he was equally as great to work with. Even beyond driving off the lot, Andie has checked in on our satisfaction and has continued to go above and beyond to ensure I'm truly satisfied with my purchase. Having a dealership dog there would elevate the experience. If you're looking to join the VW family or just upgrading your car, ask for Andie and you'll be in the best hands! More

Long term VW owner, with several vintage VW's still in service. Buying EV was a new experience, and we've enjoyed the brief ownership. Paperwork was not the quick and painless experience I had hoped, but service. Buying EV was a new experience, and we've enjoyed the brief ownership. Paperwork was not the quick and painless experience I had hoped, but all registered, insured and inspected. New technology...surprising that NO VEHICLE OWNER's MANUAL is available. An 'abridged' version is in the glovebox. The online version is 'viewable' but not 'save-able' OR 'printable'. Online sources quote $500+ for a print copy. Guess THEY found a way around limitations. Funny, because random errors on touchscreen refer you to 'owner's manual' for explanation. Not possible, in the car...though I guess I could try and read 500 page documents on my tiny cell-phone screen. Incentives and VW/Electrify America partnership made the transition to EV more affordable. Eversource rebates paid for AT-HOME charger. Those incentives will come and go... reportedly mostly GONE now. Travel will require some planning, but charging an EV is becoming a normal routine. Hoping for uneventful ownership. My last VW ('22 Taos) required nothing more than oil changes, and windshield wipers, and gas stops. So far, EV gasoline savings outpace any extra cost. Central Auto Group helped in my last two VW transactions. Vehicles in stock and lease processes were easier than the wild stories I've heard out there. We'll likely be back....moving on More
