My appt was for an oil change and a defect for an airbag. My service guy Josh tried to charge me over $300 for work I didn't ask for. Said he mentioned it to me several times and I literally only spoke to him once for 5 min when I dropped the car off. He also seemed moody that morning. Then he was supposed to send me an Uber to pick me up and ignored me once we had the disagreement. I had to get a ride to pick up the car. He changed his tune once I got there since he knows these surveys go out. Maybe the second or third time I been there and they always try to throw extra charges in there! More
