I had my own financing secured before I arrived to the dealership and was told I couldn't use it. Even though it was through the Cen FL CJDR website and there was a hard inquiry on my credit. My credit wa dealership and was told I couldn't use it. Even though it was through the Cen FL CJDR website and there was a hard inquiry on my credit. My credit was hit numerous times after arrival and my offer was 3% higher than the original. My sales paperwork also states I am paying $3000 more than I agreed to. I have tried to get ahold of the sales guy Kristopher Roberts 3 times to get an answer to that question and two others, one being a warranty question! I have yet to hear back from him (almost a month later). Who do I need to get ahold of since my rep isn't getting back to me? More

I have been to many service departments in my life. From horrible experiences to high end. I figured since I bought the car here I would try it. Appreciated the quick turn around, but very expensive.
