Communication was poor and unprofessional. My vehicle was in the service center for over a day without the service rep reaching out to provide any update. After multiple calls I finally got a My vehicle was in the service center for over a day without the service rep reaching out to provide any update. After multiple calls I finally got a reply and a diagnosis. Warranty covered the battery sensor, however it took over 48 hours to do the work. Without any updates, nor returned calls or texts from the service rep, I didn’t know when the car would be available. It took a total of 5 days to essentially change a piece as easy as a battery. The diagnosis I received was also false. I had my battery examined at a competitor, and it was 100%. Due to this Jeep being completely unreliable, as well as absolutely poor service, I doubt I will be a returning customer. More
