My personal experience with Joshua was a 10 out of 10 there was a hiccup with the Carmax coverage on the vehicle I traded in and I was called the very next day stating that I needed to bring the vehicle there was a hiccup with the Carmax coverage on the vehicle I traded in and I was called the very next day stating that I needed to bring the vehicle in because the deal didn't go right so that was upsetting, but I'm pretty sure that they fixed it manager never got back to me though More
