Marcous works well with customers and fights to get warranty items covered and keep the price down on repairs. However, he does not give regular updates and does not respond to message in a timely man warranty items covered and keep the price down on repairs. He did include a paid rental as our service took several weeks which was nice. More

They suggested I needed a rack and pinion replacement to fix my issue, which costs over three grand. Took it to another shop. Turns out there is a TSB from Stellantis themselves that said only a firmware up fix my issue, which costs over three grand. Took it to another shop. My salesman was great. Very friendly and worked hard for me. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Only down side for me was the detailing.
