I went in for an oil change, and to get my tires rotated. I had to pay extra for the tire rotation, which I did. I marked my tires just in case, to make sure the job would get done. I have bought 7 vehicles here and only see less and less customer care. This last purchase was via online shopping and supposedly be right in and out after signing. 3 hours and a quarter I leave as the la customer care. Beings everything was finished just needed my signature should never take 3 plus hours, Justin was great, 5 stars to him. The promise from upper management that I would be in and out was just fluff, in my opinion. Not a happy customer as they very well know. Thanks for repeatedly sending me a survey. My opinion on this place has drastically changed. More

Advisors always great, friendly, professional, but not other employees at the dealer. I was looking something within my car, and some employee showed up by driver window, i was by passenger window when so other employees at the dealer. I was looking something within my car, and some employee showed up by driver window, i was by passenger window when someone ( he said he works there) pretty much said that I was searching, and try to steal, I said why are you asking me what I am doing this is my car, he continued questioning me if I am the owner making me feel very uncomfortable, then I said who are you? Why are you approaching to close to my car, to my window ? When he saw my face, he said i work here laughing and trying to be friendly with me after all. More

This was the fourth vehicle that my family and I purchased at cflcdjr. This purchase has been considerably different. CPO vehicle, so I paid a premium price. I was told by staff that the blemish on the doors was something on the paint. Took it to get detailed and found out it was a bad repair full of body filler. On top of that the previous owners loan has not been paid off and my bank will not fund the loan at this time. I am very dissatisfied with this experience compared to my other three. More
