When I went in to buy the car everyone great because they wanted to sell me a car. I was not happy with the $1995 fee as I felt that that was bogus. I’m not comfortable with the fee and at that point I shoul wanted to sell me a car. I was not happy with the $1995 fee as I felt that that was bogus. I’m not comfortable with the fee and at that point I should’ve left and went elsewhere. I asked to be shown how the hard top of the wrangler comes off prior to leaving and that was not done. I wasn’t even given the option for the vehicle with the power windows and power locks. I’m not used to having to open the door with the key and roll up my window. When I contacted them the next day and ask them if I can bring the jeep back they advised that Florida does not have a cooling off. Which is correct. Then Mike the manager proceeded to say however for you will let you bring it back and change it out to the other vehicle. I specifically asked him is it going to cost me more money his reply was no. I go in there the next day which is out of my way and they told me it was going cost me an additional $4000 ++. When I arrived he told me it must’ve been a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. They told me that they will change the top out for a soft top for me contingent on me getting a five star rating. I was not OK with that either. Then it took them over two weeks and they told me they were still waiting for parts which I find to be a bit ridiculous. Every time I call and somebody says I’ll call you back they don’t. Everyone I’ve spoke to didn’t have the courtesy & professionalism to call me back. I bought a lot of cars over the years and I have to say that I’m truly not happy. For the amount of money I spent I should’ve been treated better. I was given the runaround with no resolution now I’m stuck with a vehicle that’s going to cost me $1200 to put a soft top on. When they offered to put the soft top for me they wanted to keep my hardtop and I told him that that was not fair because I paid for a hardtop. They said well we’re not charging you for labor. I know that labor is not $1200 to install the soft top because I’m having it installed now for $1200 including installation. This is one dealership I will not refer anybody to and I will be leaving a Google review as well. This is just a short version. As a business owner I pride myself on customer service and that is what I expect. I am huge on customer service and professionalism those are two things that are very hard to come by. I don’t think anybody will make it right at this point but just know I’m extremely unhappy. More
Very pleased with the handling on my vehicle and Gio from service level of communication during my entire ordeal. Ive been using this dealership for the past 13 years and this was my worst experence. I showed up to get an oil change and noone came outside to greet me or to see what help i needed. They only came outside this was my worst experence. I showed up to get an oil change and noone came outside to greet me or to see what help i needed. They only came outside when someone else showed up for service a few minutes after i got there. It took an hour and a half before i got my truck back from doing a simple oil change. My truck was finished and parked in the completed area for 45mins before the adviser sent me a message it was done. He never even looked for me to tell me how the service went. When i got to my truck it still had all of the protective plastic inside and i noticed a floor mat cover was not used. All the plastic should have been removed and thrown away by an employee instead of me having to do that before i left. I used to be an service adviser there and the standards have dropped to almost nothing since i used to work there. I have had alot of vehicles worked on there and have bought multiple trucks there and for how things have changed there i will be taking my business elsewhere. More
