I bought one of the added plans that covers headlight polishing, nitris in the tires, interior sterilization, etc. I have taken the car in two times in the past two years. Both times the car came back wi polishing, nitris in the tires, interior sterilization, etc. I have taken the car in two times in the past two years. Both times the car came back without anything being done. They say that they send it to a third party, and did not dispute that the work was not done, but did nothing to rectify. More
