Thank you Robert (service advisor). My 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab was quoted at another shop in town $3200.00 for parts and labor. Took to Robert and explained the issue. He and the team continued troubleshootin Cab was quoted at another shop in town $3200.00 for parts and labor. Took to Robert and explained the issue. He and the team continued troubleshooting and found the root cause to my issue, (a castor) was out of place on the right front of my truck and then completed an alignment.
