1040 appt didn’t get checked in till 11. Just there for oil change and tire rotation took 3 hrs from appt time till I left. I will be looking elsewhere for better service time. They will get a copy of my warranty that I got from you to make sure is all good and now get double the work. More

It was lengthy, but a successful purchase from the salesman. When sale went to the financial person, it was frustrating, rushed, deceptive and inadequate. I was assured the entire sale, paperwork for the certified used car (3mo./3000 mile extended warranty) and my free oil changes would ALL be on a thumb drive handed to me. It was not complete. The financial "salesman" switched out my financing, forged my signature to a "Morgan insurance co." document , And was deceptive. I have spoken to 5 people there, who all have passed the buck saying "I'm not responsible for that and I'll have (fill in the blank of someone else) call you". It is 2 weeks after my sale, I do not have my missing papers, no one is responsible or able to solve my problems, shoving blame to someone else. THIS is why people hate many dealerships and they get a bad name. They love you when you're buying but abandon you when they play games. Sadly, I walked into this dealership hopeful, but the "I promise, we will make this right" statements they continue to tell me are patronizing and worthless. I will continue to seek a solution and ALL that I purchased. My salesman was Sam (not listed here on salesman list) he was obviously newer but did a great job completing the deal. More

Was not satisfied at all with the service I received. The finance manager seemed like he didn’t want to help me. And I was sold a car that broke down after having it 3 weeks.
