We were lied to regarding the Length of the loan by Jeff It was agreed and IN WRITING that it was going to be 60 months. When we were with Finance they were trying to hide the fact that they bumped it up to 75 months, we caught them. It was changed to 72. Which was also unacceptable !They are liars and I will let everybody know about it and never come back unless this situation is rectified. Jeff yelled in our face. How is it that it’s OK to yell in a customers face? Extremely dissatisfied! More

I made an appointment for Friday June 26th at 9 am. The service advisors had many more cars then they could handle. I had not planned to leave the car but at their advice I left it in hopes they could look service advisors had many more cars then they could handle. I had not planned to leave the car but at their advice I left it in hopes they could look at it that day. They did not look at it Friday or Saturday so I picked it up after closing on Saturday and went to another service shop on Sunday and within 45 minutes of me arriving they had diagnosed the problem with my car and gave me a 3 hour repair time. They fixed the car to my satisfaction. It is highly unlikely that I will return to your service department. Thank-you. More
