I purchased my car from this dealership in June and and was excited for the perk of 2 free oil changes. I scheduled my first oil change appt and then was told the wait would be two and a half hours when I was excited for the perk of 2 free oil changes. I scheduled my first oil change appt and then was told the wait would be two and a half hours when I got there. I rescheduled for a 7am appt and was assured that was their first appt of the day and there would be no wait. When I arrived, they said there were 4 others in front of me and it would be about an hour and a half. I was overall very disappointed with the service and dealership in general. More
