Excellent service and great communication! I was vacationing in Orlando from Ohio when my Dodge Grand Caravan decided to break down 36 hours before I was scheduled to leave. I found Central Flo I was vacationing in Orlando from Ohio when my Dodge Grand Caravan decided to break down 36 hours before I was scheduled to leave. I found Central Florida Chrysler and drove the care there and was greeted by Justin who quickly gathered my information and problem description. This was Friday morning and I was due to leave on Saturday morning. My car would not get past 25 MPH so there was no way I could drive 1000+ miles in that condition. Justin and Luigi diagnosed the problem quickly and they and were able to repair all of the issues in less than 12 hours and finished the car by closing time on Friday. My car ran perfectly on the trip from Florida to Ohio and we made it home safe and sound. More

Disappointing It was just an overall bad experience. It's started by me requesting to talk to someone and the 1 employee who was outside kept saying "someone will b It was just an overall bad experience. It's started by me requesting to talk to someone and the 1 employee who was outside kept saying "someone will be with you". 15 minutes later finally someone came out . He was nice enough, but not interested in my business at all. He said that it would take 2.5 to 3 hours and I agreed. I wasn't contacted at all until I texted back trying to get some information because it has been 4 hours. That is unacceptable. If it's going to take longer than the original expectation, someone should communicate that. And when I went to pick up my car my "service advisor" had gone home for the day. I ended up talking with the service manager and he was in such a rush to get out of there that I had to ask about my car inspection because he didn't have it. He also claimed that he was "running on fumes". This is not how a service manager should treat their customer. More
