Where do I start. Welp, the backup sales rep failed to disclose the vehicle was involved in numerous accidents along with written and signed items to be addressed prio Welp, the backup sales rep failed to disclose the vehicle was involved in numerous accidents along with written and signed items to be addressed prior to purchasing. All the items that were promised to be replaced was backed out on by the dealer after running my credit. I missed picking up my son do to numerous things not done in advanced like promised. There was another van I had to get and they matched the price but the vehicle was driven 40 miles and the check engine light came on due to failed seals and leaking oil everywhere. The vehicle was repaired and given back. Drove straight to the office and BAM. Check engine light on again. I buy tons of vehicles (currently averaging one vehicle a month due to business growth) and this has been horrendous experience. David S (my original sales rep) has been following through on everything but his replacement was horrible. I now have to bring the vehicle back into service. We have had the vehicle for one month and we have yet been able to put it in service because it keeps going back to the dealer for repairs. This is ridiculous. Is the dealer going to cover loss of use? Make the payments we have been making since we bought it? I could write more details into overall experience, but I might run out of room. More
