Well, I wasn’t planning on bringing in my vehicle, but I was informed about a recall via the mail. So I called up scheduled an appointment. I arrived early and was helped by Bob. He got me checked in advise was informed about a recall via the mail. So I called up scheduled an appointment. I arrived early and was helped by Bob. He got me checked in advised me of time frames and called me an Uber so I wouldn’t have to wait around. Car was ready earlier than expected, got an Uber back and was able to get my vehicle. The only thing that concerns me is that this is a temp fix and may have to come back. More

No, customer care Left my truck that wouldn’t start. . And, had a code concerning brake. Figured it was erroneous ask to rest no.. he says .. xxxx I say.. Left the truck all day and night having a 9 AM appointment.. Well, the next day after he calls and basically said it was an an error come get your truck.. Uber on the way Service advisor calls and said ahhh the truck won’t start??? Well, did y’all check the batteries diesel.. I get well ahh Dahh hmmm we can jump it for you if you’d like 😳 I’m outta here.. Glad I bought Mt truck and Durango at another dealer… 😡 shame on them and their entire dealership.. Sad More
