My vehicle was in for service, but it wasn’t repaired, so I had to return the next day. And I will have to go back next week to have a part replaced. When I returned the second day to have the vehicle looked over to see why it wasn’t returned the first day, I was approached by a salesman who wanted to buy my vehicle and therefore I would need to buy a new one. I had no interest in this, but waited politely for several hours while he “ran the numbers.” When it turned out to be a cost of $20,000 I told them no. However, they keep calling and texting. After several calls, I block the number. And then they call back on a different number. VERY ANNOYING!! From my experience purchasing my first vehicle here, I would NEVER purchase from here, and I will tell anyone who asks not to go there. More

I got my tires changed, oil change, rear license plate bulb changed, and diagnosis for a recurring issue with my sounds system. I’m glad the rental was covered under the warranty and Bob and Craig had gre bulb changed, and diagnosis for a recurring issue with my sounds system. I had an appointment at 10am as a waiter for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 4 hours for the service to be completed. I've never had to wait so long for basic service, and if the garage is change and tire rotation and it took 4 hours for the service to be completed.
