I had asked for a wash as I have advantage plan and it wasn't done. I don't know if it was on the service sheet or not. It was marked on service that all fluid levels were checked and topped off, that wa wasn't done. I don't know if it was on the service sheet or not. I believe people need to be honest. I traveled 40 to get to your dealership because that is where I purchased the vehicle. Had recall on the hub bolts and was told they are OK. The recall sheet was still on the front seat of the vehicle and I watched the tech do a visual from the outside of the wheel and the hub plate is on the inside so I don't even know if that was done right. I will be traveling to Minnesota in 2 weeks so I hope everything is set so I have a safe trip. More
It took me over 4 hours as I waited for an oil change with a 11AM appointment. This is not a problem with the service advisor.
