Service was ok.. This time my car needed a replacement alternator, battery and while it was there an oil change. Got the car back, the oil change notification was still there and the milage sticker to get alternator, battery and while it was there an oil change. Got the car back, the oil change notification was still there and the milage sticker to get the oil changed wasnt updated. Ridney did fix the notification and sticker thing when I came back 2 days later, but now my spark plugs need to change and I just spent $1k on service! Ill just change them myself. Ive only had this car 13 mobths and already spent half the cost of the car on repairs. My experience so far has been no different than getting a car from a side of the road dealership or private sale, which I was trying to avoid the problems im having now by selecting a major dealership in the first place. Everytime im in for service for this car sales dept is asking for repeat business. If the car is giving me so much grief, why would I give you more of my hard earned money? Smh More
