Had a 10:30 appointment and at 12:15 my car had nothing started to be serviced. The service is unforgivable tardy. Service must be improved. Every time I come for an oil change it is at least two (2) hour started to be serviced. The service is unforgivable tardy. Service must be improved. I had a transmission issue with my truck...after they couldn’t figure out what was wrong...I had the recommended 50K fluid servicing done on what I thought was the transmission and differentials. However couldn’t figure out what was wrong...I had the recommended 50K fluid servicing done on what I thought was the transmission and differentials. However, as it turns out...only the differentials were done and not the transmission that I was having issues with in the first place. I give credit to the dealership for working my truck into the schedule last minute but overall satisfaction is lacking. More

Chris was my service person. He was great!!! I needed an oil change and had a light out. It turned out it wasn’t the light, but the socket that needs replaced and they did t have the part.
