My oil change was completed as it was supposed to be. I had asked for my car to be washed which when I came to pick it up it wasn’t but Marcous ran it through himself when I got there. I dropped my car off in the morning at 8am and it took until 3pm for it to be completed which I wasn’t super jazzed about but seems to be common when I drop my car off with you guys. Marcous is always super polite and is quick to take car of me when I arrive, he has been my service advisor the last two times I have visited the dealership and I have no complaints regarding his customer service, he’s awesome. I went to have my vehicle serviced and did test drive a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and found it very nice. After further review and limited miles we drive it, probably is not a good fit.
