Shawn provided good service as he has in the past. The total time it took was about two hours which was a little longer then I expected. This is my first time here and I must say.. the customer service here is spectacular! Such a breath of fresh air from the other Jeep Wrangler in colonial drive. The people at that location were super rude and not welcoming at all. I made it to this location and was greeted by everyone I made contact with. I was helped by this amazing gentleman Marcous! He was so sweet, so nice, so understanding. Literally an overall angel on this earth. He helped me and explained certain things on my vehicle. He got me taken care of right away and it was such a smooth interaction. This is such a great experience and I can’t wait to make this my go to service center for my car. I love the welcoming energy in here. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Thank you all for your help and making sure to have great people working here. Went in Thursday afternoon for a check engine light. Truck had just left maintenance the week before. Service advisor plugged in and coded a specific emissions part. They were busy so arranged for an appointment next day 10 AM. Dropped off truck at 9:30. Was told “2 to 3 hours”. Started texting asking for status about 4 hours in. Around 3:30 was texted that waiting for technician to give estimate. I was hoping that “estimate “ was a typo. Called service advisor at 4:00. He wouldn’t pick up and call went to VM. First time it ever went there. Received a text around 4:10 that part ( same one identified 24 hours earlier) was on “National back order” and wouldn’t be available until March , about two plus weeks. Such poor customer service. I drive an hour and changed around my whole day for the service. Didn’t buy the truck from this dealer but repeat customer for service. Made my feelings clear to advisor. He didn’t care. I won’t be back. More
