Need to improve availability of parts on hand and more technicians to expedite the work load. It should not have taken more than 24 hrs to replaced a battery that was still under warranty, where as, a re technicians to expedite the work load. I’ve been coming back to every 2 weeks with the same issues. Every time it would come back and my dash would light up! On the 4th time I had Andy assist me and he was outstanding. Not only have they issues. Every time it would come back and my dash would light up! On the 4th time I had Andy assist me and he was outstanding. Not only have they potentially found the issue (no lights yet!) but Andy kept me up to date on everything during the time my car was in and even took photos to demonstrate the fix and the lengths that was involved to repair the issue.
