Repair took longer than needed or told, initial communication poor. Love the vehicle, not so much the service. In the meantime, we had the vehicle on the road without the use of a driver's side seatbelt, which they were not concerned about. More
Took my Jeep there for services 5 times. Every time the jeep came back still broken. The information was given to the Manager over the Technicians and was verified to be correct. " New parts where still sitting on the technicians parts shelf. This happened twice even when I emailed the manager with pictures of the old parts still on the jeep with the part numbers next to the pictures. They do not have an inspection process to make sure mistakes do not happen and to keep the crooked technicians accountable. So the dealership is getting paid for work they have not done. My jeep is not fully fixed, I was asked to bring it back in so they can "fit it correctly".. Nope.. sorry not going to take it back so they can make more mistakes and mess it up more.. More

Brought in for ABS/traction light issue and the car started to have a miss when it was idling. Ended up replacing a speed sensor on one wheel and did a tune-up. When I picked up the car and was driving started to have a miss when it was idling. Ended up replacing a speed sensor on one wheel and did a tune-up. When I picked up the car and was driving home it started to make a loud squeal from the passenger front right. Turns out a part that was to be snapped into place was not adequately replaced after the work was completed by the technician. I Again had to return to the dealer the next day due to this and have it addressed. The issue with this dealer is a lack of quality control with their work. This is the third time I have had to return to this dealer after having regular maintenance performed for a follow up due to the work being performed not to specification or something not being wrapped up correctly.
