My husband and I found our vehicle online and unfortunately we live 45 minutes away from the dealership, on a whim we decided to give them a call an h My husband and I found our vehicle online and unfortunately we live 45 minutes away from the dealership, on a whim we decided to give them a call an hour and a half before closing to see if the car was still available. They were more than willing to wait for us and by the time we got there the car was pulled out front, Carfax report was in hand and ready for us to look at. Our sales rep Jamie was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions right away. There were no "hidden" costs and everything was disclosed to us up front. I can honestly say that this was one of the BEST car buying experiences my husband and I have ever had. Not only did they stay open longer for us so we could buy our new car, but they went above and beyond in making sure we were happy. ALL the staff that we met and worked with were nothing short of amazing and you know right away that they are there to make sure you are a satisfied customer and a member of the Benz and Beemer family. Missed Opportunity due to lack of Communication I wanted to give this dealership a chance and finally found a vehicle I wanted. When contacting my rep the morning before the dealership opened that I wanted to give this dealership a chance and finally found a vehicle I wanted. When contacting my rep the morning before the dealership opened that I was going to come in and work a deal. I asked then if I should put down a deposit before coming down there to reserve the car until I could come in a few hours later. I was assured that it wasn't necessary and to come in then A couple hours later, I received a call that there was another deal pending. I asked how that could be since I called before hours and that was the first thing I wanted to know. I was told if I could get there in the next 20 minutes that we could proceed. So we loaded up the car and my infant daughter to hurry down to the dealership. Upon arrival and unloaded I was told it had just sold. So not only did they waste our time but it was evident they have no process to communicate with one another when a deal is in the works. The manager just stood there, rep just stood there and couldn't really say much. Had there been a process in place, he could have simply said there is interest on the car and I need you to put down a deposit. That would have been fine. Now I am left trying to work deals on the same vehicle with dealerships out of state which is a hassle. More

The car was exactly as described, Jamie took some specific pictures for me to ensure no surprises, and responded quickly to some special requests for some detailing. The purchase and payment logistics were very flexible and easy for remote buyers. Shipping was coordinated quickly at great value, and the car arrived exactly when promised. At all times they are responsive and followed up continuously to ensure satisfaction. We are super pleased with the car and the buying experience left a very positive impression.
