I contacted Floyd to verify the price and vehicle history. Everything check out fine which resulted in my first purchase from CBB. It will not be my last. Also was quoted a 4 day delivery to Dallas, it arrived in 3 days. So they also exceeded expectations during the shipping process. More

This year, I found myself in need of making a change to another car; so, B&B was the place I went to look around...that's when I met Barry (and eventually Peter). Both of these gentlemen are great at what they do...which is making a customer feel at ease in selecting their next vehicle. Barry is one of the friendliest sales people I have ever met in any industry and Peter showed great teamwork when he stepped in to contact me to help with my deal (on Barry's day off) to see if there was anything he could do to help. In making my final purchase, Travis, in Finance, made sure everything was explained (including warranty options) and that whole documentation process was the easiest I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. On my way out, I met Brian in Service. I had a few technical questions and others about parts - he took time out to discuss my answers and suggest some upgrade options that would benefit my BMW driving/owning experience. Never in dealing with a car dealership have I seen this kind of teamwork...Great job!! More
