From the games dealerships play (trying to wear you down/holding onto your keys & licenses/the beating you go through in the finance department/trying to convince you that they know more about what you are looking for than you do) to the actual decisions involved in changing vehicles, it can be exhausting! Certified Benz & Beemer was like nothing I have experienced before. No salesman jumped on me the moment I entered the dealership. I was allowed to look around, knowing that someone was ready, willing, and able to answer any questions as they arose. Howie was the first salesman I met. He treated me with respect, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and supportive. Howie was busy when I returned the next day, so instead of having me wait for him to finish up with another customer; he had Andy help me out. Once again, it was a pleasant experience. I brought my wife in a couple of days later to choose which car we wanted. Naimul “Que” assisted us through the complete process. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make up our minds on which car to purchase. Everyone that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, respectful. Travis worked with us on financing. This was the first time ever that I didn’t feel pressured and beat up on when financing a car. He was very informative and explained all of our options. Great Sales, Service and Finance Departments I did my work on the web since I was looking for a Chevy Tahoe. I called and spoke to Howie regarding one I had seen on the web. We worked with Tracy on financing, and took the car home. Then we decided not to finance but to send a check. There was no problem. Tracy held the paperwork and when the check arrived destroyed it. We were very pleased and happy with our treatment with everyone.
