Curteous, fair and effecient sales I called the dealership and was told by Kory that the vehicle in which I was interested was still in stock. Later the same day I made the 100 mile tri I called the dealership and was told by Kory that the vehicle in which I was interested was still in stock. Later the same day I made the 100 mile trip to see the car and drive it. I didn't have to wait for a sales person -- Kory was busy w/ another customer so he referred me to Andy who promptly showed me the car, which was in the showroom. He drove my car in order to prepare a trade in value and I drove the BMW of interest. Andy was courteous, explained their pricing policy and offered a reasonable trade in, which he agreed to increase slightly. We settled on a price, paperwork was prepared and I drove the BMW home within about 2 1/2 or arriving. All employees I encountered were professional and low pressure. The vehicle I purchased is exactly as described on the CBB website. It was the best car buying transaction I've experienced. More

EXCEPTIONAL Overall Experience! -NOT your typical dealership My husband and I visited Certified a few weeks ago looking for my dream car. When we called to look at an Infinite we were given Danny Quintana as ou My husband and I visited Certified a few weeks ago looking for my dream car. When we called to look at an Infinite we were given Danny Quintana as our Sales Specialist. He said he would have the car ready to go once we arrived. My husband was very skeptical about the visit but was amazed when we arrived, there was Danny and the car - ready to go. From the very first moments of our arrival we were treated with exceptional professionalism and respect. We have visited MANY dealerships and were always disappointed about how the salespeople obviously had to keep to a required "script" and play the usual "numbers game" to pressure us into a purchase - NOT at Certified! This TRULY is the only dealership that once you walked in they were there to service you, and best of all there was absolutely no pressure and no games! If we could give the employees at Certified a grade, (and since I have been a teacher for over 30 years I feel I can :)) it would be an A+! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Danny Quintana was and is a fantastic Sales Specialist! He showed us the car, answered all of our questions, and let us take an unrestrictive test drive. When it was time to purchase the car he gave us the numbers, answered all of our questions and best of all my husband said, "Where is the rest of the numbers and ancillaries?" and Danny said, "That is it, we don't play games." Wow! - what else can I say... When we were sent to Travis Walters, the Finance Manger, once again we had an excellent experience. He was professional, to the point, and best of all he did not rush us - answered all of our questions which gave us the impression of quality and professionalism relating to the entire Certified staff. To demonstrate the length of commitment to their customers is this note about the end of our experience. My husband was concerned about the battery, it was the original and was worried it my go at any time due to the Arizona heat. He mentioned this to Danny. When we went to pick up the car the next day it was ready, washed, detailed, and with a new battery! He said he had tested the original battery, it was fine, but he wanted us to feel confident and safe. Danny is the BEST! We left the dealership with confidence that we had made the right choice and a smile on our faces! We, unequivocally, HIGHLY recommend Certified Benz and Beemer and Danny Quintana to anyone who is interested in purchasing their next vehicle and most notably we will be back! 4 5 More
