Out the door in under an hour! Jeff called me as a follow up after I had gone in for a test drive and the salesman quit a couple of days later. My car had several issues and after speaking with Michael for only a few minutes, I knew I made the right choice. The biggest difference between the dealership and Michael is that Michael is honest and looks out for the customer. The dealership has a tendency to tell me my car "needs" more work than it actually does which often leads to a much larger bill. Michael told me what and when my car needed and left the decision up to me. Like the title says, awesome, awesome service! More

CBB Experience Danny and Que were exceptional! My experience began over the phone with Que about a specific BMW. I then decided to drive down from Fountain Hills t Danny and Que were exceptional! I then decided to drive down from Fountain Hills to the see the vehicle first hand, Que was busy with another customer, so Danny stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. We decided not to make the purchase that day. The next day I brought my wife to test drive the vehicle. My wife and I still could not pull the trigger because we were curious about an Audi at another dealership in Tempe. And by the way, never did we feel pressured or get hassled in the parking lot, which was a welcome change in the car buying process. Finally, we had decided to return to CBB to buy the BMW.
