No pressure sales I have purchased over 72 cars and trucks over the years, This includes 11 BMW models and 5 Mercedes Benz, 1 Porsche 911 Turbo and 1 Range Rover. I have purchased these vehicles from various dealerships throughout the valley. On 9/27/16 I went to Certified Benz and Beemer to look at buying a BMW M3 or a BMW M235. However after being a previous owner of a BMW M3 and Mercedes Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series I noted that they just got a white 2014 Mercedes C63 AMG in their invintory. My sales rep Alicia had to be patient because as a previous owner of both cars it was a wash hands down decision for me. The C63 AMG was the fastest of all three vehicles and once I found the price out along with the low mileage it was a easy decision for me. The price was the cheapest car around and the lowest mileage from other dealership who's GMs I know and could not touch the price Alicia never tried to over sell me the car and never had pressure sales tactics. She was very layback and even went for a long test drive so I could show my wife the car at her work. The dealership stayed as close as they could to giving me the payment option I wanted as well. There are no shisters here and as the previous owner of over 72 cars and trucks I highly recommend this dealership as well as Alisha for your next luxury vehicle purchase. More

Just looking I've been shopping around for a vehicle and have been to a lot of dealers. I always dread pulling up and having the pack of wolves running towards my car. I was driving by certified benz and Beemer and decided to stop and take a look at a few vehicles. My anxiety went up as I drove into the parking lot but, quickly calmed when I wasn't attacked. I was approached by Tom Munson after a short bit. I told him I was just looking and he asked nicely if he could answer any questions or tell me the prices on some vehicles. He patiently stood by, answered questions as I looked around and didn't pressure me at all. After a bit I left and a manager came out to thank me and Tom gave me his card. He since called to thank me again for coming in. I felt compelled to write a review because of how rare it is to have a no pressure experience at a dealer. I'm still not sure what I want to buy but, I will definitely be recommending this dealer to people and hopefully purchasing a car there. More
