The virtual CBB turned out to be a direct reflection of the real CBB. Like their site, CBB offers easy access to quality cars, great people, and efficient processes. I haven't purchased a car in 10 years and this was a refreshing experience. Jeff seemed genuinely happy to help me shop and drive various cars across their ample inventory over a few days. He followed up on everything I asked. From sales to services to finance everyone I encountered did their job extremely well but appeared to enjoy themselves and me while doing it. Thank you CBB! * My only complaint is that I was assured that the car color was Scuba Blue but now that I have the car and am able to look up the color code, unfortunately it is not Scuba Blue as was advertised and assured to me but is in fact Moonlight Blue. Since I am out of state, there was already a deposit on the vehicle when I came to pick it up so seeing the color was different was disappointing. Chris offered to make it up by giving me a ten day exchange since he had been misinformed regarding the color. More

Bobby Ortega met me on his day off for a test drive - with no guarantee I would even buy the car - got me a better rate than my bank and handled EVERY Bobby Ortega met me on his day off for a test drive - with no guarantee I would even buy the car - got me a better rate than my bank and handled EVERYTHING. On arriving back in Tucson - 2 + hrs away i discovered 2 problems that had escaped their vigorous inspection. I called fm my local Porsche dealer and Bobby wasn't available - His day off after all. So the used car mgr, sorry I can't recall his name, Trevor I think, said they would take care of the problems. He ASKED if I could return so they could fix the problems, I of course agreed , what car guy wouldn't wanna go kick some tires on their awesome lot! You've gotta check these guys out! I can only give 5 stars? More
