To top everything off I had to go back to pay the dealer docs fee because they failed to charge me initially. This is a cost they should have ate instead of having me drive back to Scottsdale, pay the extra $399 and sign a new agreement... More

Seamless Transaction I had visited Jamie to purchase a Mercedes M-Class in October, and finally bit the bullet in late November. Jamie followed up with me on occasion, but never to the point of being "pushy", which I appreciated. He ended up presenting my car to me, that had lower mileage than the one I had originally been looking at. All of my questions were answered & I was comfortable with my purchase. From the test drive to driving off of the lot, was approximately 2 hours, which was a breeze. I'd certainly do business with Jamie & CBB again! More
