Good experience buying used vehicle. Internet search located a low mileage 2014 VW Passat at this dealer for less than $15K. Obviously, they focus on higher end vehicles (there were several RRs there at the time), so the margin and commission on this vehicle was one of their lowest. Yet Mr. Beaman gave complete, friendly and courteous service, explaining the pros/cons of this vehicle vs. another similar vehicle, with zero pressure. It was a pleasure to deal w/ him. Reasons rating isn't 5 stars: Tire pressure warning light was not reset and (more importantly) the oil drain plug had not been properly installed or was defective, so there was an oil leak on my driveway the next AM. Both problems, however, were promptly and courteously fixed. More

Went in for and oil change and came out with a new car I have always been a fan of this place they know how to treat people. I had been lookin at this car for about a year and never pulling the trigger and I been to multiple dealerships to see them. But with Sam it was totally different he was more of a friend then a sales person. He didn't try to push me to buy or test drive a car.. At the end I decided to pull the trigger and let him work his magic only because of his customer service and the past customer service I received from the service department.
