Friendly staff, great selection and great deals I did my research online, chose a handful of cars I wanted to look at and made an appointment. I originally spoke with Berrien and CJ but both were unavailable so when my wife and I arrived Jim Beyer was able to help us. He showed me the vehicles I was looking at online and got us test driving immediately. Jim is very knowledgeable about the different features of each vehicle. After choosing the "one", Jim had our deal complete and into financing within 20 minutes. At that point Mo took it from there. He was able to save us a few more dollars. Overall our experience was top notch. Not a bit of pressure and the friendliest staff all around I've ever seen. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Stressful As a first time car buyer I dreamed of nothing more than owning my own BMW. I came here to make that a reality. However, I give this place two stars b As a first time car buyer I dreamed of nothing more than owning my own BMW. I came here to make that a reality. However, I give this place two stars because of the lack of honesty and communication between the salesman and the financing department.. I had a wheel package added on to my car that I was told were supposed to be brand new, they were not. They were missing badging on three of the wheels and the wheel that did have the badge was brown and faded indicating either past use or they were very old. You'd obviously to expect to get what you paid for. Another point of dishonesty was when I was guaranteed a lower interest rate than I was approved for through them, but just to get me out the door they set me up with the first and highest rate that was offered to me. Finally, I had asked if there was any damage to the frame or anywhere else and I was told no. A few weeks later I noticed a hole in the frame that oddly looks like someone tried to drill into the car before I had purchased it along with a few other minor damages. I understand that no used car is perfect. The only reason there are two stars instead of one is because the car runs. I dread the day of having to buy another vehicle. This experience was a nightmare. I don't think I could trust this place again when that day comes. More
