Sales Rating Great - Customer Service Rating Mediocre I had a great experience w/ Danny Q in sales from the start - Danny did everything he could to make everything as quick and easy as possible and was v I had a great experience w/ Danny Q in sales from the start - Danny did everything he could to make everything as quick and easy as possible and was very frinedly. No complaints there. I had to bring the car back down after I brought it home as the back tires started rubbing on the wheel wells. When I arrived, they confirmed that they had to change the tires out as they weren't fitting properly. I asked for a rental vehicle while they were to complete the tire change out, and Val A stated they wouldn't be able to accommodate that. I spoke with Danny and he ended up getting an approval for this to happen. Val then came back and asked for my driver's license and she then told me to wait in the waiting area for the rental car to pull up, and it never did... So needless to say I sat for 2 hours without a rental replacement. I also expected the car to be washed when they gave it back (especially the wheel wells as they had rubber marks on the insides of them on the lip) and when I got the car back w/ the change out of tires it wasn't washed whatsoever. Lastly, I wouldn't have minded being offered a gas card for reimbursement of gas costs to drive all the way back down to Phoenix from Prescott just as a general kind business practice as this was the dealers error and not mine to begin with. Easy, no-pressure experience After exhaustive online searches, I thought I'd found the right pickup for me at Certified Benz and Beemer, but it was a 45 minute drive from my house After exhaustive online searches, I thought I'd found the right pickup for me at Certified Benz and Beemer, but it was a 45 minute drive from my house. I typically dread the car dealership drama, with all the high-pressure sales, but I readied myself to be "swarmed" by a salesman the moment I parked my car, and made the drive. Once there, I found my pickup on the lot, and actually began to wonder if the dealership was open... I had seen no one. I came across Jeff Hallenbeck as I approached the building who was very friendly, asking if I was looking for someone in particular. I told him I wanted to look at a truck, and he was very accommodating. I decided to buy the truck, and although a few extras were offered, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy them. It was a very easy process. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
