Awesome customer service!! I had purchased a vehicle never thinking that I would be utilizing their 10 day satisfaction guarantee. After driving the vehicle for a few days I rea I had purchased a vehicle never thinking that I would be utilizing their 10 day satisfaction guarantee. After driving the vehicle for a few days I realized that it wasn't right for me. I had stopped back without contacting any of the sales people ahead of time. I was greeted by Jeff Hallenbeck and he asked how he could help me, after explaining why I wanted to exchange the car he was very helpful and knowledgeable helping find a different vehicle. They were short staffed that day and Jeff had a scheduled appointment, but never made me feel rushed and he literally ran around to find certain vehicles and to get me set up with my new car. He was a pleasure to work with and an asset to CB&B. Thank you very much Jeff for your awesome customer service ! More

I worked mainly with Floyd, and he was very professional - honest opinions, didn't really push me into anything, just listened to my needs and gave advice.
