I searched cars.com and located a nice 2006 Mercedes E 350 located at Certified Benz and BMW in Scottsdale. I contacted this dealership and initially spoke to Mr. Frank Blackwell. When I arrived to view this vehicle, it was in pristine condition. During the purchase process, Mr Blackwell guaranteed that if anything goes wrong with the vehicle during the 1st ten days, the dealership will repair the issue or exchange a different vehicle. The next day, I decided to take this Mercedes for my trip to Northern California. The rear end started to make grinding noises when the vehicle is backing up or turning into a parking space.. I contacted Frank immediately and he scheduled an appointment right away to exchange for a new vehicle. This is very honorable on Frank's promise and the dealership! Kurt More
