Courteous and Personable When I first pulled up to the Dealership, I already knew what car I wanted so that was easy to pick. Now it was all about getting the payments to wher When I first pulled up to the Dealership, I already knew what car I wanted so that was easy to pick. Now all the sales guys Ive met from all dealerships are the same, they talk the car up, pretty much what you want to heart. Rich Borman though, he stood out from everyone else. He was outstanding, very well spoken, and personable. He had my brother and I laughing the whole time we were there. We got along and I could tell that he was trying to get me the best deal to take the car home that day. (Im sure his finance team helped as well). He was very courteous and always came by with drinks and snacks so that was a cherry on top. I don't usually write reviews but since my experience at Certified BB was good I decided too, and it wouldn't be as great if Rich didn't take care of me. -EC More
