We found a low mileage 2012 BMW 328i convertible online and called ready to negotiate. We quickly learned that they price their vehicles ready to sell and do not negotiate on price. We spend a couple of weeks looking into other options and found their prices to be very competitive. Will come back for any future vehicle needs. More

Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way.
