Absolutely Phenomenal! Going into this dealership I was a bit skeptical because I had previously found a vehicle that I had wanted for some time. However after entering Certified Benz and Beemer I was greeted very well and respectfully, which was not like the other dealerships I had visited. Mr. Rich was more than helpful, he was very patient and knowledgable about every car on the lot. He helped me find a car that I didn't even know I would love until I test drove it! Great intuition! After test driving a certified BMW, my life would forever change. Hands down the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a real car. A good Sunday I researched many sports cars and they had the best selection. I stopped in to test drive a few and found the entire staff to be very friendly. Since I didn't have my trade in with me I provided the vin and left for the day. The next morning Jeff called made an offer that was close. Hopefully my experience was the "exception" and not the rule I was disappointed with my salesperson (Jim Beyer) who was asked to describe any imperfections with the car before it shipped. So, imagine my surprise to find a door ding and a blemish in the paint that he didn't feel was worth mentioning. They also advertised the car as having the cold weather pkg (heated seats & steering wheel). The car had neither option. Overall experience wasn't bad, just believe I got an overzealoused salesman that didn't pay attention to detail. More

I knew my budget, how much I was willing to pay for the vehicle I was looking at, and how much my trade is was valued. These guys were accurate on all aspects of selling a car, they made the purchase very easy and streamlined. They weren't overly aggressive and valued me as a potential customer through the entire process, which took over a week and a half because of my personal procrastination. Excellent work to all who assisted me in my car purchase, I am now a happy owner of a new vehicle... it's a used benz - but it looks brand new! PS. I'll enjoy my 'cream puff' guys! More
