Here at CBB you do not have to really worry about what you are signing at the very moment because most of the paperwork has the luxury of look back periods. For example: - I purchased the extended warranty at first and was kind of on the fence. After reading the paperwork before signing I realized I have 60 days to think about it to cancel for a full refund. (This amount is deducted from the principal, not lower monthly payments if financed, your time horizon just shortens). I decided to cancel it after 2 days and they were not pushy about me keeping it, it was a very simple transaction and conversation. - All cars come with a 10 day return guarantee if you don't like the one you currently have. So again do not feel overwhelmed when they are throwing stacks of papers at you. All you need to really pay attention to is the financing part. Obviously you want low payments, but if you have a high APR then that $10,000 can turn into costing you $4,000 in interest if spread over a longer time. Remember, the longer you spread your payments the more you pay in interest. - I believe I got a great value on the car. The KBB was $28,750 and I paid $27,000. These prices are out the door prices, there is no wiggle room and no need to negotiate. - Everything was explained very well and professionally. I am a very young person who also looks very young too. Everyone at the dealership treated me very professionally and maturely which can sometimes not be the case at other places. I was taken very seriously the whole time which I really appreciated. - Overall I will make every purchase of a certified used car with CBB and recommend my friends and family. I have no complaints what so ever! More

Best Vehicle Buying Experience EVER! Being educators in southern California, my wife and I are very busy. We were shopping around for a really good deal on a slightly used FJ cruiser. My wife had scoured the internet, and found two dealers that had the FJ that we wanted: One was in Oregon, and the other was from Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, AZ. My wife contacted the dealer and they promptly called back. Every communication we had with the staff was excellent! We were given a great price, but the monthly was higher than we really could afford. Christopher Beamer understood our concerns and went back to get us a slightly longer loan term, but brought down our payment well within our budget. Then, he personally delivered our 2014 FJ Cruiser to our house in Southern Ca from Scottsdale, AZ (over 300 miles away!). After the papers were signed, Christopher hopped in our trade-in and drove all the way back to Scottsdale that evening. Christopher was very professional and courteous to both my wife and I. I worked in the customer service business for over twenty years., so I know the true value of great customer service. Christopher Beaman not only met our customer service expectations, he far exceeded them!
