Only minuses were that markings made on the headlights with marker were not removed, so I had to remove them with rubbing alcohol when I got home and the gas tank was not full on delivery, which having worked at dealerships in the past, it is standard (or used to be) to deliver the car with a full tank. My sales person Jim Beyer went above and beyond to help me get the lowest interest rate possible on my financed vehicle. Jim, his manager, and finance specialist Rocio all stayed well past closing time to ensure this. And never once made me feel rushed. They all made certain the process was smooth and simple. I received follow up calls and emails to make sure everything went well with my experience. The car I purchased is in stellar condition.
