For those of you who have never been there, they do sell many kinds of cars (not just Benz and Beemers), so do not be intimidated (as I have been) to stop by. I found the car I was looking for through USAA's car buying website. I was fortunate to have Travis Walters as my sales person, and he treated me fairly and kindly. He was aware of a past buying experience I had at a different dealership - need I say I won't go back there. He was very assuring, and even sent me a quote in writing, giving me the total cost of the car. Thank you for having such a great and fair dealership. More

Buying my first new car I searched online for a new car at many different dealers in the Phoenix area and it wasn't looking to well for a while til I found this VW jetta and I searched online for a new car at many different dealers in the Phoenix area and it wasn't looking to well for a while til I found this VW jetta and I went to go test drive it and see how it was. When I showed up to the dealer I got a nice welcome by Phillip and he took me to where the Jetta was sitting. From the minute he greeted me to driving away with the car as the new owner (which was a couple days in between to make sure it was the car I was looking for) Phillip was there from the beginning to the end where I was able to drive it home. I still call Phillip every once and a while to see how he's doing. Certified Benz and Beemer is where I got my new Jetta and I absolutly love it thank you for all your help, great service and and just making the buying process easier. Best car buying experience ever My husband and I often drive up 68th St to go to Harkin's Camelview Theatre, and we always admire the lovely cars at the Benz & Beemer Dealer. I have My husband and I often drive up 68th St to go to Harkin's Camelview Theatre, and we always admire the lovely cars at the Benz & Beemer Dealer. I have to admit that I never would have thought to look for a used car at this dealer, because of the expensive cars on the lot. But I am SO happy that I found them - through my bank, USAA. Never have I felt more comfortable and appreciated as a customer. They compare prices in the area and give you a fair price (that beat other dealers). They do not try to hide any of their fees - they even will send you an email with the offer broken down. Travis Walters was my sales person, and from his first phone call to me, I felt like he was considerate and honest. Thank you for having such a wonderful independent dealership and I will defniitely recommend you to friends and family, and buy my next car at your place. More
