When we went to visit and test drive we worked with both Floyd and Philip, because we visited and test drove cars 2 different nights after work. For us, this was a big decision and we wanted to make sure we had seen plenty of cars before we picked the one we would own for the next several years! Both Floyd and Philip were very patient with us in test driving many cars. They both knew so much about each Make and Model. We were upgrading from a car with no bells and whistles to one with so many buttons we didn't know what they were all for, but they explained each button question with ease. When it came time to buy, they offered us very fair prices for each of our trade in's. We approved the price and Mohamed did a great job helping us out with the paperwork while the team got our new car ready to go! We drove home that evening with the biggest smiles on our faces! We didn't feel ripped off or taken. This dealer is very fair, professional and customer service friendly. Delightful Sales Experience Was browsing the Internet looking for a nice used vehicle when I discovered CBB. Jeff was very courteous and seemed very interested in meeting my needs. We set an appointment and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. First thing I notice was the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was very cordial. I met Jeff and we took a look at the car that I was interested in. It was everything that Jeff said it was. The negotiations process took a little less than an hour. There was absolutely no haggling, no threats of getting up leaving the table. It was a rather smooth process. Jeff listened at my situation and where I wanted to be in terms of price and trade in. I can truly say that the entire process was stressed free.
