Winderful We were satisfied with Jim's part. However, the finance part took very long and the financial documents had to be revised multiple times due to errors We were satisfied with Jim's part. The interest rate was not right, the communication on the trade-in, and extra money for tinting were not clear, etc. while it took very long, overall, it was done well and was satisfactory. More
