She wanted to check financing options through her company's credit union. Glen's patience and flexibility helped me close my wife on the deal. Glen's offer ended up being better than her employee credit union's. Best of all, my wife gave me the green light to move forward. The car is impeccable.. and I'm a happy camper! Worked with salesman Danny who was very friendly. Satellite radio was a must have and was told the 08 Mercedes E350 we purchased had it (it did appear that the car had it). After calling to hook it up, told by satellite company the car did not have the satellite option. We called Danny right away and he said they would take care of it. The dealership purchased an XM unit and paid to have it installed. After 3 separate attempts, unfortunately the audio place could not get it to work correctly. We were referred to Lee the manager who let us trade the car back in (at the full purchase price we paid) and purchase another one. They also gave us a very good trade in on our original vehicle. I would recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to any of our friends. They could have just left us with the car we bought but instead tried to fix it and ultimately let us bring it back for another when the problem couldn't be fixed. They wanted us to be happy with the car and their service and we definitely were! They also price their cars reasonably so you don't have to do a lot of negotiating. We felt they were pretty straight forward and will definitely buy another care from them when the time comes! More

When we first met Jr on the dealership lot we knew we had the right person to help us find the car we were looking for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the dealership inventory so when we mentione the right person to help us find the car we were looking for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the dealership inventory so when we mentioned what we wanted he knew the specific car to show us right away. He went with us on our test drive and showed us many of the features of the car which was great for me because I am not a very high tech person. From there Jr introduced us to Chris who helped us with the necessary paperwork to buy the car. I must say that I have bought several cars over the years that always seemed to take forever to finalize the purchase. This time it was absolutely smooth, easy & fast. Since we could not take the car home right then Jr volunteered to drive it to our house that evening and we couldn’t have been happier! The only thing that I was unhappy about was the fact that they only had one key to give me but I understood that that is the way it is with used cars. The former owners don't always return both keys. But then I got a call a few days later from Jr who told me that they had purchased another key for me. You can bet that I was on my way back to the dealership to pick it up immediately. Jr met me at the door with a great big smile and presented me with the additional key. What a great car buying experience this has been for us! More
