We made an email enquiry last Thursday and promptly received a generic response followed immediately by a well written and professional email from Chris. We made arrangements to drive to Scottsdale on Saturday. We arrived at the dealership about 11:30 AM and were on the way back to Sedona by 1:00 PM. In just over 90 minutes, we were warmly received, took a test drive, negotiated terms, had our credit checked, processed paperwork, had temporary tags installed and waved goodbye as we drove away in our gently used LR4. We were very pleased with Chris and were happy to be his first sale of March. We were also impressed with Jeff's efficiency in dispatching with the necessary paperwork and were happy to be his first transaction in his brand new capacity! More

Very friendly when calling to set a appointment to test drive the vehicle the car was ready when we arrived. After the test drive we were still unsure we wanted to purchase a car for that amount but after drive the vehicle the car was ready when we arrived. My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our car from Bobby.
