experience purchasing a used car I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the dealership late evening - not being aware of when they closed. Greeted by Chris Nall - very friendly, professional and informative. Spent time answering questions - did not push - and "never" mentioned closing time. At about 8:30pm I asked when they close and was told 8pm - but, not to be concerned - amazing!! I was disappointed that there was no negotiations to be made on the price, but overall the best experience ever with buying a used car. And, when I was not available to come back and exchange my car Chris Nall offered to bring it to me - which he did. Sat with me, in my home, explained all the paperwork - showed me the bells and whistles - very patient - answered questions. He should be voted "sales person of the month"!! I contacted the dealership and setup an appointment with James for that same day. When we arrived James was ready with multiple options for us to view all comfortably located in a nice cool garage. James had a list of each of the options available on each vehicle and we were able to find the right choice for us. We worked through some numbers with ease and were of to finish the paper work, this was all with in 2 hours start to finish. James had the car ready and waiting out front answered some questions and we were on our way. If you are looking for a pleasant car buying experience I highly recommend Certified Beemer and Benz. Don't forget to ask for James. More
