He greeted us with a smile when we entered the dealership and helped us through entire process. He is very knowledgeable and friendly person. I couldn't decide between two cars and Bobby was very patient in explaining both car's features & benefits and made sure that I am completely satisfied with my car. It was a No pressure car buying experience. My interaction with Dustin and Jeff (finance) was really short but a pleasant one. They worked hard to ensure I am getting the best possible APR for a first time buyer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Their no negotiation policy might seem a bit strange at first but you are getting a very nice car at a great price and exceptional customer service. Thanks CBB and Bobby for everything. Some dealers just treat you like a number, but not at Certified Benz & Beemer. I worked with Danny Quintana, Lee Grubbs, and his team, and I was very impressed with how they treated me. When I drove up, the car that I came to see looked spotless because they had spent a week getting it checked out before selling it to me. They took the time to make sure it was in top shape before even showing it to me. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle, and then took the time to go over my new ride from bumper to bumper to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer. More

experience purchasing a used car I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the dealership late evening - not being aware of when they closed. Greeted by Chris Nall - very friendly, professional and informative. Spent time answering questions - did not push - and "never" mentioned closing time. At about 8:30pm I asked when they close and was told 8pm - but, not to be concerned - amazing!! I was disappointed that there was no negotiations to be made on the price, but overall the best experience ever with buying a used car. And, when I was not available to come back and exchange my car Chris Nall offered to bring it to me - which he did. Sat with me, in my home, explained all the paperwork - showed me the bells and whistles - very patient - answered questions. He should be voted "sales person of the month"!! How buying a car should be The experience with Beemer and Benz was excellent from start to finish. It was time to trade in my 3 series for the larger version X3. I contacted the dealership and setup an appointment with James for that same day. When we arrived James was ready with multiple options for us to view all comfortably located in a nice cool garage. James had a list of each of the options available on each vehicle and we were able to find the right choice for us. We worked through some numbers with ease and were of to finish the paper work, this was all with in 2 hours start to finish. James had the car ready and waiting out front answered some questions and we were on our way. If you are looking for a pleasant car buying experience I highly recommend Certified Beemer and Benz. Don't forget to ask for James. More
