Car shopping is never fun with two young kids in tow knowing you will spend hours at a dealership and not knowing exactly what you want. Bobby was absolutely wonderful to work with. First and most imp knowing you will spend hours at a dealership and not knowing exactly what you want. Bobby was absolutely wonderful to work with. First and most important to us, he was not pushy in any way and did not make the experience dreaded as it usually is dealing with a pushy salesman who typically tries to push you to the more expensive car. He made the experience 100% about us and our needs and did not try to push anything on us at all. He was extremely patient showing us each car we were interested in (which was quite a few) and through the test drive process. He was knowledgeable and informed us of many things we did not know. He was great with our kids and anything we needed throughout the entire process (it appeared he even stayed late until we were completely finished, even with the finance part). So far our experience has been wonderful and we would highly recommend Bobby and this dealership - they truly took out all of the aspects one comes to despise about car buying. More

Prior to purchasing my BMW from CBB, I visited with 3 dealerships in the valley including CBB about a month or so before returning to purchase a car. I was pleased to have met Mo who spent a fair amount dealerships in the valley including CBB about a month or so before returning to purchase a car. I was pleased to have met Mo who spent a fair amount of time showing me the inventory while trying to help me narrow down my search for the perfect car to suit both my family life and business needs. That being said, I continued searching for perfect BMW X5 and the websites kept pulling up cars from CBB regarding quality used BMW's with the right features, colors and price. I called Mo about a particular X5 and he was on it. I of course had to leave for a conference and wasn't able to view the car so we reserved it over the phone, text and emailed important information and even pre-qualified all while out of town. Mo met me at the dealership immediately after my arrival back in town on his "Day-off" and prior to him going out of town. From the time I test drove the car, did a full walk around, signed the paperwork with finance, I was driving off the lot in under 2 hours. I give thanks to Mo and Tracey W. for a painless and memorable experience which can be rare when buying a new or used car these days. More
